1. Water reducing rate is higher than 6%;
2. Easily soluble in water;

5. There is 2 kinds of state: LT—11Apowder and LT—11B liquid; the amount of powder admixture is 0.1-0.3‰ and for liquid is 0.5-2.0‰;
6. The product is non-toxic, inflammable and rustless.
